I often get asked “what things can I do to help my property sell faster?”. Here tip #1… paint!!!! Adding a touch of paint can make a world of difference and add value to your property. Paint helps to present a cleaner, well-maintained look. Painting is fairly inexpensive and can add value exponentially. Additionally, a white, gray, beige or other neutral color can create a blank slate for buyers to imagine their own art, belongings, and endless possibilities.
