The closing process went perfectly despite some adverse events (e.g., an appliance breaking in the middle of the process.) I had a reservation that Jamie's sometimes being off island for long stretches would be a marketing problem. Not at all! She marketed our property aggressively online and in mailings. (She's very strong online, which is where many Kauai buyers look first). She reached out to the other on-island agents (whom she knows well).
