Sour Cream Pecan Pie

  Ingredients:

• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp flour
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 ¼ cup sugar
• 1 tsp real vanilla
• 1 ½ cup pecan halves
• 9" pie crust

  Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Bake pie crust for 7 minutes (put a few fork holes in bottom)
3. Mix cinnamon, flour, and sour cream in mixing bowl
4. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla to sour cream mixture and stir well
5. Mix in 1 ¼ cups pecan halves
6. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
7. Adorn pie with remaining pecan halves, add whipped cream, and a fork and ENJOY!
